I scheduled a trip to Kenya the 23rd of December from March. The timing of the trip is more expensive, I get it its right before Christmas.

But they canceled the trip, the 4th of October. When they offered to reschedule the trip, they offered a $3125 trip for what I originally paid for of $4105. A thousand dollars more for a trip. They were hoping, I wouldn't notice they were ripping me off!!!.

If a company wouldn't bat an eye at trying to rip off a customer of $1000, after canceling a trip around Christmas, this is a bad bad company. Do not use them.

Reason of review: Overcharge.

Naturally we never want to cancel a tour. However, in the rare instance we do so, we try to offer a departure that we can guarantee.

Upon review of records, it appears that you reviewed a departure on our website separate from what was offered. We do regret any misunderstanding and see that a request for a full refund has been sent to our Accounting Department.
