This was my 6th trip with Gate1 and the first time we encountered a serious problem.American Airlines cancelled our flight and then the following flight.

There were 10 of us on the 12 day Ecuador/ Galapagos tour that were effected. The late night emergency person from Gate 1 stayed with us as we tried to figure out how to get out of Miami. Gate 1 changed our hotel in Guayaquil to the next night and rebooked us on Galapagos flights at no extra cost to us. Other passengers got stuck paying for their hotel, losing the original night they paid for, and had to pay $185 in rebooking fees for the Galapagos.

We paid nothing.

Gate1 really came through for us and I really appreciated it.Thank you!
