Gate1travel - Terrible customer service and attitude
Booked my 5th gate 1 trip on gate 1’s 2015 “black Friday” special in late November of 2015.Led to believe we were saving $500 for 2 of us on the package.
On January 12, of 2016 we looked at the same package and were disappointed to find out that we could have booked the same package for the same price we paid without the so called “Black Friday” discount. More frustrating is now the package includes direct airfare which would have saved 7 hours in flight connections costing us almost an extra day at the destination.
Called Gate 1 (Mr.Breece) and their attitude was even “so sad so sorry” but “tough luck”.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a partial refund as the author lost $500. This person is overall dissatisfied with Gate1travel. The most disappointing about gate1travel tour at Gate1travel was poor customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
