Although the hotels and scheduled experiences on the signature series tour of East Asia were similar to tauck, the attitude of Gate 1 customer service is still budget-minded. The last day of my tour stated "trip home" and my flight is at 20 minutes of midnight.

this is an escorted tour and I am a single female. They made no plans or arrangements for 24 hours for me. When I emailed I got a one-sentence reply and no offer of any assistance or intervention or ideas of what to do by myself in Bangkok for 24 hours.

The attitude was dismissive and rude. this would never happen on Tauck.

Preferred solution: Apologize and learn from mistake.

I didn't like: Useless customer service.
