Upon our arrival at the San Jose, Costa Rica airport on Thursday (Feb.23) we expected to be met by a Gate1Travel driver to take us to our hotel.

We waited for over 45 minutes; he never showed up. We took your air travel because it provided a driver our first day here to our first hotel. We paid for the driver; he didn't show. We are out the taxi fare from the airport to the hotel.

We hope that you will reimburse us for the taxi fare and we do expect a response from you. This is our 3rd trip with Gate1Travel and have not been disappointed before. We brought friends with us and had touted your company to them. The non-driver was their first exposure to you.
