Gate1travel - Poor customer service
The first 6-8 trips with Gate1 Travel were handled nicely and we were pleased.
Last year it didn't go too smoothly and my travel docs arrived at the last possible moment.
This year I have a trip planned and have spoken to a rep once. All other attempts at communication have been ignored except for a nasty man that I spoke to when I added insurance.
I faxed my credit card information as they requested but after three days it still has not been applied and no one has answered my inquireies about it.
I'm very unhappy with Gate1 and obviously will not be using them in the future.
