Groupon sold me a vacation through Gate 1 the day before the voucher expired.

I called when I could (the next day) but the lady working at Gate 1 said I now have to get a refund through Groupon and that if I wanted to switch to another vacation, she's unable to. As the seller on Groupon, their company has already received the funds from me.

There no reason they can't switch me to a different trip. Just a *** company with lazy employees.
