When Gate1 induces you to book early by stating that prices will go up by $400 after a June 15 deadline, it is completely bogus.In my case, I booked in May just to discover 6 weeks later that prices had gone DOWN, not up.
Their customer service is dreadful with people repeatedly unable to even understand what a complaint is about. Then a supervisor in the sales department deflect the problem on the marketing department.
When confronted, Gate1 is very careful not to acknowledge any of this in writing and they just dont care.Their message: if the customer does not like it, that is fine, he can cancel and they keep the $300 deposit!
