You are unable to talk to someone about credit card charges if possible error has occurred. There is no number you can call. You have to send email and request phone call, but still haven’t been able to resolve issue that’s been ongoing several weeks after documentation sent twice they asked for. Have gone on a number of tours with Gate One which were very nice, but I think there billing department needs major help when trying to find out about large charges that you think are errors for flights booked. Still waiting for response.

I had send 3 emails to change my flight explaining that I can’t do it on my account. It’s giving all 3 weeks error and it’s not possible to change ! Though the Emirates it’s done in 2 minutes! This will be the last time I book with Gate1
