The worst customer service imaginable

You never get to speak to the same agent that promised you "the world". Took your initial deposit and never wants to speak to you again.

They promise you whatever you want to hear because they know that they will never speak to you again to explain why you did not receive what you were promised. Agents have no clue and tell you what they believe is the correct answer to your question

The most disappointing about gate1travel tour at Gate1travel was second time booked tour, will be the last and experienced was not there the 2nd time Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

I'm having the exact same problem now. Very frustrating!
