MY TRAVEL COMPANION, MARTHA CARSON, AND I ARRANGED TO TAKE YOUR 10 DAY TRIP TO CHINA, LEAVING HOUSTON ON 11/6/15.WE HAD BEEN TOLD BY G1 PERSONNEL (BY PHONE) TO ARRIVE AT THE HOUSTON AIRPORT BEFORE 9PM ON 11/6, AND THAT THE AIR CHINA PLANE WOULD *** AROUND MIDNIGHT, A FEW HOURS LATER.

WE APPROACHED THE AIR CHINA COUNTER AT 8PM, AND THE TWO PEOPLE AT THE AIR CHINA COUNTER TOLD MARTHA "THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED"!!!

AFTER SEVERAL UNPRODUCTIVE PHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH G1 PEOPLE, WE STAYED AT THE AIRPORT MARRIOT 11/6 EVENING AND RETURNED HOME IN HOUSTON 11/7/15.

Gate1travel needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
